By the mid-1960s Hueys could be found in every branch of the U.S. military and were entering the civil and foreign military markets. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">The UH-1N was developed originally for the Canadian military and first flew in 1969. The were generally called \u201cTwin Huey\u201d because they were upgraded to have two engines instead of the original model\u2019s single engine.
